The best and easiest way to become a Thunder Member is online. Visit our Membership page to build your own Membership, your way. You can also reach out to our Membership Team for any questions or help becoming a Member.

Members will receive a confirmation via email, if an email address is supplied, to confirm the receipt of their purchase. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us to ensure we have a correct and unique email address for each person you have purchased for.

Your Membership contribution plays a significant role in supporting crucial community initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Community Cricket Club Programs
  • Elite Cricket Pathways
  • NSW Cricket Facility Development

Online - You will be able to view the interactive seat map to select your own seats. The seating that is available online is the best available seating to purchase for the BBL|14 Season at the time of purchase. If you require assistance in purchasing a Reserved Seat Membership or have any questions, please contact the Membership Team.

Member benefits vary from package to package, however, Thunder Membership goes further than the ticket itself. Members have access to exclusive discounts on cricket tickets, Club apparel, Member offers from Club Partners and more. Members also receive invites to exclusive Member Events throughout the season, access to exclusive news and content and pre-sale access to Final tickets. A Family Membership consists of 2 adults & 2 juniors. Members who wish to bring additional Adults or Juniors are able to do so at the equivalent cost of the respective category.

For example:

  • A Family of 2 adults and 3 children would purchase 1 Family Membership and 1 Junior Membership.
  • A Family of 2 adults and 1 child would purchase 2 Adult Memberships and 1 Junior Membership
  • A Family of 1 adult and 3 children would purchase 1 Adult Membership and 3 Junior Memberships

In order to qualify for a Concession Membership, Members must hold one of the following forms of identification: Pension Card (aged, single parent or disability), Student Card (full-time), Veterans Affairs. Seniors Cards and Healthcare Cards do not qualify as concession. The Membership Team must be notified of a Members' concession card number prior to joining or renewing as a concession Member. Concession identification must also be presentable upon request at all home games in 2024.

Companion card holders are eligible for complimentary entry to Thunder home games at Sydney Showgrounds Stadium, however are ineligible for Member benefits unless paying as a Member. A valid Companion card must be presented in person at the time of purchase. If you are a companion card holder or require special needs and/or wheelchair seating, please contact the Membership Team for assistance. Current Members can also apply for a companion card. To do so, please contact us during business hours.

Junior Members are classified as anyone who is 16 years of age or under as at 1 January 2025.

It is advised when purchasing a Thunder Membership as a gift, that the person buying the Membership enters their own contact and payment details, however, still purchases the Membership under the recipients' name. Multiple emails will be sent upon receipt of the purchase, so if the gift is a surprise, it is best not to provide their email address. Once the Member has received their gift and is aware of the Membership, it is highly recommended that they contact the Membership Team to update their contact details.

Previous Members can re-join Membership under their previous account that they held. If you wish to do this, please contact the Membership Team.

Members who wish to join their friends or family as Members can do so from their own Online Account Manager. Simply select the package of choice, proceed to check out, and supply the contact details of your friend or family member when prompted. Reserved Seat Members can apply to have their friend or family member sit with them by contacting the Membership Team.

If you intend on changing your Membership package, please contact the Membership Team.

Please check that your email address and Membership password are correct. If you are unable to log in to your account via Account Manager, click Forgot Password to reset. If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the Membership Team to update your details.

Memberships will not be discounted when the season starts. However, get in touch with our Membership Team for any mid-season Membership special offers if they become available.
