Payment

Membership payments can be spread over a 5-month period from 22nd July 2024 – 22nd November 2024. Purchase of a Membership after 22nd July 2024 requires an upfront payment, equal to the instalments that have passed as part of monthly payment schedule. Subsequent payments are deducted on the 22nd of each month. Payment dates cannot be changed from the nominated schedule.

You can pay your Membership in advance by contacting the Membership Team.

The annual Membership rollover takes the hassle out of renewing your Membership each season.

If applicable to your member account, your 2024/25 Membership will automatically renew on 22nd July 2024. To make changes to your Membership and/or payment details, please contact our Membership Team by 5pm, 19th July 2024.

The Sydney Thunder has processes in place to ensure that Members experiencing financial hardship are treated fairly.

The Sydney Thunder are committed to work with you where possible to help you respond to financial difficulty, whether temporary or long-term.

This special consideration and flexibility will depend on your individual circumstances, and we provide this on a case-by-case basis.

Under exceptional circumstances a refund for Membership can be requested. This must be sent in writing to Sydtmembership@sydneythunder.com.au and will be considered for approval by the Head of Consumer Business.
