2026/2027 Membership Renewal Hub

If you wish to renew the same membership package you held in Season 2025/26, please visit your Account Manager - we have already added your 2026/27 membership/s into your invoice section with any applicable loyalty discount automatically applied for your convenience.

Please note, loyalty discounts vary by package and are not applicable to all 2026/27 membership packages.

Ticket types will not display on invoices at a Member's Account Manager login. To find out this information, please contact the Membership Team here.

As per previous seasons, all Members have the option to pay for their membership invoice via a 5-month payment plan or in one lump sum. The first monthly payment and/or the one lump sum payment (depending on which option a member chooses) is due on 15th July 2026.

Members can update their details via their online Account Manager login. Simply login using your username (email address) and password to make the necessary changes.

Members with a reserved seat are required to renew their Membership prior to the 2026/27 reserved seat member deadline (date TBC) if they wish to retain their seat from BBL|15.

Once renewed, if a Member wishes to change their seat, they can request to be considered for a change by contacting the Membership Team. Members must renew their Membership for 2026/27 in order to be considered for a seat change.

Thunder Members will have access to the Thunder Mber+ Store. The Thunder Mber+ Store is a bespoke online platform which allows Members the opportunity to customise their Membership Pack with an array of available items.

As part of their package, Members will receive a batch of credit to use at the Thunder Mber+ Store (credit amounts vary by package). We anticipate that Members will receive access to the Mber+ Store in September 2026. Members will be informed via email when the Thunder Mber+ Store is live, including instructions on how to use their credit amount.

Game access for Members varies according to package. For further information on the amount of games your 2026/27 membership entitles you to access or other Member benefits you are set to receive, please refer to the link to your package benefits information included in your renewal email or at the package links stated on this Membership Renewal Hub.

To hold a family membership, the 2 x juniors must be under the age of 16 as at 1 January 2027. If your 2026/27 membership package is not a family package, it is likely due to the Club not having one or both of the junior's DOB on record.

If your 2026/27 package is different to what you held in 2025/26, it is likely due to your 2025/26 package no longer being available. In situations like this, we have applied the 2026/27 package that most reflects what you held in 2025/26.
