Lost or Misplaced Items

If you believe there has been an issue with your Membership pack delivery, please contact the Membership Team.

If you believe that you have not received your full BBL|13 Membership package, please contact the Membership Team.

If you are unable to locate your Membership card/ticket, please contact the Membership Team.

If you forget to bring Membership card to the match, visit the Membership Team at the Membership Tent/Ticketing box office outside Gate D to arrange a temporary ticket.

If your Membership card has been lost or stolen, a replacement fee of $10 applies for the reprint of your new card. Please contact the Membership Team to organise a new card.

For tickets that have been purchased via Ticketmaster, please contact them on 1300 136 122 or visit the ticket box office on match day.
